About the Event

The Battery Venture, Innovation & Partnering Conference will take place in conjunction with the 41st Annual International Battery Seminar in Florida, on March 13, 2024. We are excited to run an investor-style conference in parallel with an already successful and established event of 2,000+ delegates. Investment in battery and energy storage companies has exploded in recent years and is coming from several sources, including corporate, venture capital, private equity, public market, debt financing, and government. Continued funding is very much needed to get battery technologies launched and into commercial stages at scale. The Venture, Innovation & Partnering Conference will bring together C-level corporate executives, investors, and CEOs from innovative start-ups, under one roof. Through panel and breakout discussions, many topics will be explored, including the current investment market, who is investing, and what technologies are being funded. Thoughts will be shared on valuation, value creation, and market conditions, as well as what start-ups can do to move the needle on valuation for their company. We will review recent exits and M&As, and what companies look for in an acquisition. We will discuss value drivers and differentiators for companies in a tight capital environment and what it has been like fundraising at this time, as well as how best to work with your investors. This conference is designed for early- and late-stage start-up companies, investors currently active or contemplating entry, and strategics from the energy storage sector keen to drive innovation. There will be ample time for networking and discussion throughout the day and you can also visit the technical Battery Seminar & Exhibit, running in parallel, to get a sense of where the industry is going from a technical perspective. Attend to learn more.
