Building Resilient and Circular Battery Materials Supply Chains

March 15, 2027

As global demand for batteries continues to grow across electric vehicles, energy storage, defense, and consumer electronics, securing a resilient and sustainable supply of battery materials has never been more important. This symposium explores the complete battery materials value chain, from sourcing through manufacturing, recycling, and second-life applications. Industry leaders will discuss market trends, advances in processing and recycling technologies, supply chain resilience, regulatory developments, and strategies for building a circular battery economy.

Coverage will include, but is not limited to:

  • Global battery materials supply and demand forecasts
  • Critical minerals markets, pricing, and trade flows
  • Sustainable sourcing and resource efficiency
  • Battery recycling technologies and circular materials supply
  • Recycling EV, stationary storage, and consumer batteries
  • Design for recycling and recycled material integration
  • Battery safety, transportation, and regulatory updates
  • Gigafactory demand and supply chain impacts
  • Cost reduction and investment trends
  • Second life and battery reuse applications

The deadline for priority consideration is September 14, 2026.
